Socks for Japan 

A simple, easy thing to do.  Purchase a new pair of socks, put them in a ziplock bag, with a personalized note, and send them to this guy in Japan who is collecting them for shelters.  Socks are top of the request list at the shelters, imagine leaving your home with only the clothes on your back.  The notes are also extremely important, and notes sent after the Kobe earthquake are still kept.  I am collecting from myself, my immediate family, and any friends who want to donate.  Please read the stories on this blog, and tell me that you are not moved:
